• What will you do? 
• This role will report to the Regional Support Manager.

This is a management position overseeing a team of Support Staff including the HighPerformance Centre to provide administrative support, controls and processes that will enable the effective/compliant and speedy issuing of new business; and undertake initiatives that will assist in driving sales for both the Choice and Tied businesses.

• •    Management of the support team on San IX (tech enablement)
• •    Management of specialist support roles (Retention, Medical, Leads, Policy servicing)

What will make you successful in this role? 

• Qualification and Experience: 
• •    Grade 12
• •    Diploma/Degree in Management will be a strong recommendation
• 2 years managerial experience
• 2-4 years proven experience in office administration/processing environment. Preference of having worked within a sales distribution environment

Knowledge And Skills:

• To be successful you will need to demonstrate good experience in:
• •    Distribution and sales business (preferably within Sanlam)
• •    Basic Sanlam product knowledge
• •    Budgeting, expense management
• •    Knowledge of management practises and processes, knowledge of HR practices and performance management principles
• •    Legislative compliance and risk management of a financial services/sales environment
• •    Knowledge of Sanlam’s support services and administration processes (i.e.: New Business)
• •     Must have a valid driver’s licence and reliable motor vehicle
