Consumer Market Insights Coordinator (Temp) - Your Future Position?

As a Consumer Market Insights Coordinator in our Fragrance & Beauty Division in Shanghai, you will support market research managers who focused on the analysis of market and consumer knowledge in line with the company's business objectives. If, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value, and are skilled at fostering strong relationships, this role could be for you. In this exciting position, you will:

  • Assist CMI managers in consumer research programs based on category and project needs.
  • Coordinate the products/materials needed for consumer tests.
  • Aid in project management tasks.
  • Help ensure quality control of fieldwork execution.
  • Assist in data analysis using statistical tools under the guidance of CMI mangers.
  • Support the preparation of results sharing reports or presentations, ie., fragrance ID card execution, translation, finetune layout and text format according to the CMI manager’s instruction.

Your Professional Profile Includes:

  • University Degree. Majored in Data Science/Statistics, Psychology or Sociology would be a plus.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in market research or related fields.
  • Willingness to spend efforts and support all functional steps in Consumer Market Research projects.
  • Verbal and written command of English and local language.
  • Proficiency in using common PC applications (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with data analysis software (SPSS, Statistica, XLSTAT) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics and experimental design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of fragrances (olfactory families, main benchmarks, etc.) is a plus
