Controller

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Controller to lead our finance function and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, where you will oversee all accounting processes, provide critical financial insights, and drive continuous improvement within a MCC Division, Maritime and Construction Cranes Department of PT Liebherr Indonesia in Balikpapan.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure that the company’s objectives are met by collaborating with other company functions
• Complying with company policies, procedures, and government regulatory standards.
• Verify customer invoices based on sales orders, contracts, or services rendered.
• Follow up outstanding sales orders to support timely invoicing.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies including monitor accounts receivable aging reports.
• Verify invoice from supplier regarding MCC activities and ensure that supporting documents such as PO (Purchase Order), Delivery Note or BAST, and invoice match before processing.
• Assist in preparing and supporting financial presentations.
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting.
• Provide and prepare monthly profitability analysis
• Assist in the preparation of forecasts and budgets for investment plans.
• Monitor and analyze PTL-MCC inventory costs, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation with financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for inventory-related expenses, including spare parts, maintenance, and operational supplies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities by analyzing inventory turnover, slowmoving or outdated stock, and procurement efficiency
