Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate with After-Sales stakeholders and ensure effective implementation of IT solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

A Purpose Driven Role For You

Manage After-Sales Modules on DMS- Work on functionalities like warranty management, part-model mapping, Service job card workflows, and Complaint handling in the Dealer Management System (Siebel or equivalent).
Dealer Operations Support - Act as the first point of contact for resolving process and system issues raised by dealers; coordinate within IT and business teams to ensure timely resolution
Enhancement & Change Management - Gather business requirements, document process improvements, and drive enhancements to existing after-sales modules, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with After-Sales business teams, IT vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders for solution design, UAT, and rollout of new features or processes
Testing - Participate in functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and track defects; ensure accurate deployment of changes into production.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.E. / B. Tech. / MCA
4-5 Years of Experience
 

Technical Skills/Knowledge

  • Experience in executing Digital projects preferably Siebel
  • Good knowledge of Automotive industry / Dealer Management System /After Sales Processes
  • Has led or contributed to POCs, Solutions/ Digital asset development
  • Project Management and support to Business on the existing functionalities and Implementation of new Initiatives and processes

Behavioural Skills

Stakeholders Management , Structured Thinking , Accountability, Resolving Conflict, Execution Focussed etc.
