- Your main responsibilities are:
- • Inspecting products at various stages of production, including reviewing materials, components, and finished goods.
- • Recording inspection results, documenting defects, and creating detailed reports on product quality.
- • Working with production teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues.
- • Recommending adjustments to production processes or materials to improve quality and prevent future defects.
- • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- • Keeping up-to-date with the latest quality control standards, technologies, and best practices.
- • Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.), interpret blueprints and technical drawings, and understand quality control procedures.
- • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems related to quality issues.
- • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to address quality concerns.
- • A keen eye for detail to identify defects and ensure products meet quality standards.
- • Familiarity with relevant quality standards, such as ISO 9001.

• Possess adequate safety knowledge to fulfil statutory requirements
• Knowledge in Quality Assurance skill.
• Good spoken and written both Chinese and Japanese.
• Be able to handle pressure and make decision independently when required.
• Undergraduate education in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant job, prefer candidates with supplier working experience
• Candidates living in or near Shenyang are preferred.
