Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor

This role plays a key part in leading corporate planning processes, encouraging collaboration with business partners, and ensuring accurate and efficient financial planning and reporting for both operational (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX). The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong financial expertise and excellent communication skills, able to optimally align financial strategies with broader business objectives.

As the FP&A Supervisor under the area of Finance, you will be doing the following:

1.) Corporate Planning & Business Partnering: You will be responsible for performing the Opex and CAPEX planning submission process by collaborating with business partners to review, consolidate, and deliver budgets to market planning. You will ensure that all planning and reporting data is accurately loaded into the relevant systems and drives realistic plans by analyzing key drivers and assumptions to ensure alignment with business goals. You will also work closely with business stakeholders to advise on the financial impact of decisions, promote cost-conscious strategies, and provide training to non-finance teams on finance-related topics

2.) Budget Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting: You will be involved in conducting ongoing reviews of budget versus actual performance, analyzing variances, and engaging with partners to develop action plans. This includes crafting and delivering detailed reports to budget owners, highlighting key deviations, and collaborating to identify underlying causes. You will also be responsible for preparing high-quality financial analyses for local, regional, and global reporting, as well as producing summaries and presentations to support reporting and business case development. In addition, your role also entails analyzing volume, revenue, COGS trends, pricing, tax strategies, profitability, and market dynamics to provide insights that drive business growth

3.) Process Improvements and Projects: You will be responsible for maintaining and improving financial models and forecasting tools, as well as developing and refining submission templates with a focus on automation to improve efficiency. You will also be involved in supporting the development of commercial projects by providing relevant financial analyses and well-founded recommendations

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics / Business Administration or similar (Master Degree will be beneficial)
• At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role, ideally in an international/multinational environment
• Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Other)
• Excellent communication/presentation skill.
• Excellent command of English and Khmer
• Familiar or have experience in using SAP
• Data management and analytical skills
• Project management experience
