Treasury Operations Supervisor

Essential Job Functions

• Oversees maintenance of all aspects of global banking, including all bank accounts, banking admin, processing payments, internal controls, etc.
• Oversees daily cash flow management by reviewing cash balances and cash flow projections across all subsidiaries and drawing and investing/redeeming orborrowing/paying down on bank credit facility on daily basis as needed
• Manages daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly periodic processes including cash forecasting
• Issues global standby letters of credit and bank guarantees
• Drive company policies on currency management including buying and selling of currencies to minimize exposures to currency risk
• Banking relationship management
• Oversees intercompany financing and reconciliation of same across all subsidiaries
• Responsible for global reporting of cash balances
• Drives processes & training to reduce fraud whenever possible
• Other Duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.

Other Skills & Abilities

• Advanced Excel skills including use of macros, vlookup, importing and exporting data, etc.
• Treasury management system software & Sage ERP system experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension)
• Must be detail oriented and able to work in a very fast paced environment

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, equivalent business degree, required.
• 3-5 years of related experience required.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Certifications And Licenses

• CTP or CFA preferred
