Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for client communications and conflict resolution. Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Manager of any problems that may arise.
- With direction from the account manager, manage the invoices and account receivables for the account.
- Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of the account status at all times.
- Ensures that all processes and procedures are followed and work toward process improvement
- Understanding of company capabilities and service, and gain the ability to effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
- Reports to the Account Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
- Report analysis, trending and corrective actions
- Other duties as assigned

- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus

- People skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance relationship with client
- Extremely detail oriented
- Technical competence (excel, word, power point etc.)

Education And Experience
- BA in Business Administration or four years related experience
Certifications And Licenses
- Professional certification may be required in some areas
