About The Role:
As an Senior EPMO Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-based decision-making and strategic visibility across our enterprise portfolio. You will leverage your advanced technical and analytical skills to not only provide data and reporting but to also uncover actionable insights and proactively recommend solutions. This role is a key partner to portfolio managers, program leaders, and senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor who translates complex data into clear, strategic business language.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of portfolio-level data across various systems and dashboards.
- Design and build advanced analytics solutions, including interactive dashboards and trusted data sources, to monitor performance, track key metrics, and identify trends.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing proactive, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations on risks, opportunities, and portfolio health.
- Drive the operational and analytical support for key enterprise-wide processes, including annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and reprioritization efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements, gather information, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
- Maintain a deep understanding of system data tables and data architecture to suggestand implement value-add solutions for continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements:
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, PMO operations, or business intelligence and data analysis.
Technical Skills:
- Expert proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including T-SQL and stored procedures, for complex data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with project delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Clarity, or other PPM tools.
Core Competencies:
- Strong understanding of KPI and OKR frameworks, with the ability to track performance, measure benefits realization, and connect outcomes to strategic goals.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate ROI hypotheses and support business cases during intake and prioritization.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical and methodical approach to tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and completeness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving, identifying practical and impactful solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple streams of data and reporting simultaneously.
- Proven ability to synthesize financial, operational, and delivery data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
Preferred:
- Experience of analytics in financial services.
- Worked in finance or compensation/residuals (payments industry).
- Degree in Data Analytics/Computer Science and/or prior work experience inBusiness Intelligence-type function preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation range: $120,000 - $129,000
