Intern, Quality Assurance

Overview :

Assists in ensuring products or services meet established standards and specifications. This involves various tasks related to quality control, such as inspecting materials, testing products, supplier audit and documenting procedures.

Main Accountabilities

1. Participates or assist in maintenance of HACCP, FSSC22000, Halal and food safety program
2. To assist in developing SOP & standard work instruction (SWI)  which aligned with laboartory critical matrix, Quality Assurance and Food Safety.
3. Learn the basic laboratory  analytical techniques
4. Assist to  carryout the laboratory mock drills under lab safety
5. To maintan QC records and ensure closure of all processes and product non-conformities detected in non-conformance reports
6. Maintain documentation and updating of control records
7. Identifying and supporting continuous improvement initiatives by offering new ideas and thinking creatively.
8. Assisting with plant Audits: Participating in food safety and quality assurance facility audits.
9. Handling customer complaint, investigation and proposal of corrective actions
10. Data Analysis: Analyzing processing data
11. Assist executive in GMP program and audits

Requirement

1. Midst of completing Bachelor Degree in any Science related field
2. Duration of internship :  >3  months
3. basic laboratory analytical skill
4. Technology & Digitalization Integration - to get exposure on internal systems
5. Data Management - Accuracy and Integrity of how raw data is captured and interpreted
6. SWI & Internal procedures to adhere to standards
7. Communication & Interpersonal skills
8. Problem Solving Skills
