Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Travel & Cards Specialist to support in the management and optimization of our global business travel and card program. You will report to and work closely with the Travel and Cards Senior Manager to drive policy compliance, cost efficiency, and deliver a seamless travel and card experience for our global workforce.  

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Super User for relevant third-party systems such as Online Booking Tools and Corporate Card portals.  
• Handle escalations and urgent travel bookings with high accuracy and customer care. 
• Provide training and communications on the travel and card policy program. 
• Track and report KPIs related to cost, compliance, and service delivery. 
• Oversee card issuance, cancellations, and spend monitoring. 
• Manage cardholder support and resolve disputes efficiently. 
• Work with Procurement analysts to support reporting on travel and card program governance and compliance. 

Continuous Improvement & Reporting 

• Use analytics to identify savings, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports to leadership. 
• Stay abreast of industry trends in travel and card management. 
• Use AI to highlight potential improvements to the travel and card program. 

Qualifications

• 3+ years in global business travel management and/or corporate card administration. 
• Proficiency in travel platforms (OBT’s) and knowledge of financial systems beneficial. 
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Project management certification is a plus.
