Care beyond expectations
In this role, you will report directly to the VP of UKI & Nordics, having some ties to our UK & Ireland business, where we equally have two Health Economists, and a Medical Affairs Professional. Though you can seek sparring with the UK&I team, you will have full ownership of the Nordic region, and based out of our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, where you will be amongst Nordic colleagues covering Product Management, Customer Service and (Inside) Sales.
Having the full ownership when it comes to Health Economy includes partnering with Sales Directors and Representatives, evidently passing on clinical credibility and support them in their communication around health economic results across a wide audience, stretching KOL's, HCP's in both the private and public sector and relevant stakeholders across our customer base, e.g. doctors and procurement.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Generate health economic evidence for our products, including cost-comparison studies and cost-effectiveness analyses
- Develop health economic sales support tools for hospital stakeholders
- Design studies to generate needed data to support reimbursement/coding efforts
- Work with external societies to communicate results and influence decision making to favour use of disposable products
- In collaboration with the Product Managers research new markets, reimbursement levels and economic drivers
- Representing the Nordics at international events and meetings
- Carry a master's degree in health economy, Market Access, Medicine or another relevant field
- Knowledge of the Nordic healthcare systems, incl. reimbursement policies and other relevant guidelines
- Can handle the ability to solve obstacles with many facets, and have a strong problem-solving capacity
- Have experience within medical devices or tech, or at least a heavily regulated industry
- Are recognized by your proactive mindset, collaboration skills and seamless stakeholder management skills
