Description

The Premier League’s Office Management team is seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Office Manager to support the successful launch and ongoing running of Premier League Studios (PLS), a new, purpose-built facility opening in Olympia London in 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to join the project in its final stages and take a lead role in preparing the facility for day-to-day operations. With much of the strategic planning and design already complete, the Senior Office Manager will be responsible for delivering key operational workstreams, including guest management procedures, office supplies procurement, workspace readiness, and recruitment of the onsite office services team.
Following the opening of the site, the Senior Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the building and the performance of all front-of-house and support services, including Reception, Security, and Office Services Assistants. They will ensure the site runs smoothly and professionally, supporting a high-performing, welcoming, and safe environment for colleagues and visitors alike.
Reporting to the Head of Office Management, who oversees both Premier League HQ and the new Olympia site, this role would ideally suit a capable and hands-on office operations professional with experience in workplace mobilisation and a passion for delivering high standards.
