Why You'Ll Love This Job

• ​This job is a member of the Finance Team within the Finance Division.
• This position will be responsible for managing receivable and customer relations for AA Cargo domestic and international stations.

What You'Ll Do

• ​Research and resolution of billing discrepancies
• Ensure payments and documentation are remitted timely
• Post incoming payments, research unapplied cash and apply to correct receivable
• Investigate and solve any payment discrepancies
• Heavy contact with AA Sales, AA Revenue Management, AA Operations, AA local accounting offices and 3rd party vendors/partners and Cargo customers
• Ad Hoc project as assigned

All You'Ll Need For Success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• ​Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience/training

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• ​Bilingual

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Ability to multi-task
• Strong Mathematical, problem solving and analytical skills are required
• Experience working with foreign currencies is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple competing deadline with minimal supervision
• Strong PC skills including MS Excel, MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, Sabre and Cognos preferred
