Senior Door-to-Door Team Leader/Coach (Dublin/Louth)

Your Mission

We’re hiring a D2D Team Leader who can sell and coach. Lead from the front, lift conversions, and build a positive, solutions-led culture. Telco a plus, not required.

Field-based with afternoon–evening peaks; some weekends/events

Role Basics

• Reports to: Account Manager
• Type: Full-time, permanent
• Package: Strong base (38-42K depending on experience), 
• Uncapped commission, company vehicle, expenses, fuel card, phone/tablet & 22 annual leave + 10 bank holidays 

What You’Ll Do

• Hit your own target and raise team performance
• Plan routes/territory to maximise contact & conversion
• Model best-practice pitch, handle objections, close compliantly
• Keep quality tight: accurate, clean orders
• Coach on the doors daily; quick huddles & side-by-side feedback
• Run 30/60/90 ramps; weekly 1:1s with clear actions
• Build a culture of professionalism, customer value, and solutions

Success Looks Like

• Team conversion at/above target, improving MoM
• Low cancellations; compliant orders
• New hires productive by Day 14; 80%+ of team on plan

Your Profile

• Proven D2D results; target beater
• Experience leading/mentoring field reps
• Full, clean licence; comfortable travelling daily
• Background in telco/utilities/solar or similar subscription D2D - desirable
• Driven, resilient, quality-focused
• Solutions-first, hands-on leader
• Coach’s mindset: clear feedback, positive challenge, celebrates wins
