Technical Program Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional coordination across systems applications, portal development, platform engineering, and IT teams. This role is pivotal in aligning technical execution with strategic business priorities across Business Intelligence, Marketing, and Product functions.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Sprint Coordination

• Own and manage the roadmap and sprint planning across multiple technical teams.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Collaborate with BI, Marketing, and Product stakeholders to prioritize initiatives.
• Publish and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies across teams.

Strategic Resource Management

• Support leadership in managing resource constraints and optimizing team workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve throughput and delivery.

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Ensure transparency and accountability across all program efforts.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in technical program or project management.
• Proven success managing cross-functional programs in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Experience in data center, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
