Q&FS Quality Assurance Specialist

• Permanent Full-time role based onsite Ballarat

What You’Ll Do

• Accountable for the food safety and quality programs across your value stream — from HACCP and GMP to global Quality Management System compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement and raise our quality standards.
• Be the go-to expert for technical risk assessments, incident investigations, and change management.
• Support and influence key forums: audits, operational meetings, quality reviews, and site management reviews.
• Take charge of incident and near-miss management, CAPAs, and consumer complaint resolutions.
• Management of hold and release process

About You

• A degree in Food Science/Technology or a related field.
• Experience in R&D, Quality, or Food Safety, ideally with exposure to audits or Quality Management Systems.
• Strong collaboration skills — you know how to engage, influence, and motivate teams at all levels.
• A continuous improvement mindset with the curiosity to explore new ways to make things even better.
