We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects within our communications and brand engagement pipeline. The ideal candidate will act as the operational link between our creative, strategy, and client service teams, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and consistent quality across initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and team tasks
• Track project progress and prepare status updates for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in resource allocation and identify potential project risks or roadblocks
• Serve as the primary liaison between departments and clients regarding project execution
• Maintain documentation, schedules, and project reports with accuracy
• Support budget tracking and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Facilitate kick-off meetings, reviews, and post-project evaluations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Monday.com)
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Competitive salary: $67,000 – $71,000 per year
