We are seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to join our dynamic team at Property Soar. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences through well-executed events. You will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate marketing events and community engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of open houses, real estate showcases, and client networking events
- Coordinate logistics including vendor communication, materials preparation, venue setup, and guest registration
- Monitor event timelines and ensure all elements are delivered on schedule
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain detailed records of event performance and attendee feedback
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event goals with branding strategies
- Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing related to events
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in events, hospitality, or administrative coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and interpersonal skills when interacting with clients
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events
