We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Chicago. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of various client and internal projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate updates with stakeholders.
- Support the Project Manager in administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting.
- Track project deliverables, deadlines, and budget adherence.
- Maintain communication between teams, clients, and vendors.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up items.
- Identify risks and help implement contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Trello).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and execution.
