募集背景

Qoo10営業部 セールスストラテジー＆インサイト室では、日本のオンラインビューティー市場での持続的な成長と競争優位を実現するため、セールスの戦略立案及び、ショッパーインサイトを統括する責任者である室長ポジションを募集しています。

主な業務

          · Qoo10 Japan セールス成長戦略の策定

· セールス・ストラテジー＆インサイト事業部の総括運営

· ショッパーインサイトの把握と分析

· 新規ブランドの誘致および提携拡大のための戦略立案

· セールスチームの実績分析と改善提案

· 競合他社の戦略分析および対応策の立案

· 市場トレンドの把握

· プロモーション結果の分析およびインサイトの提供

· 売上目標の策定および達成管理

資格要件

・4年制大学卒業以上

・消費財オンライン業界で、8年以上の経験者

・組織管理経験者（５名以上のチームリーダー経験3年以上）

・高いコミュニケーションスキルを持つ方

優遇条件

• オンラインビューティーECの管理職以上の経験者
• ビューティーブランドのローンチ経験者
• ビジネスプランニングの経験者
• ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション力
