Qoo10営業部セールスストラテジー＆インサイト室では、日本のオンライン市場での持続的な成長と競争優位を実現するため、Shopper Insightsチームのリーダーを募集しています。

主な業務

• ショッパーインサイトの把握と分析

• 消費者調査の設計と分析、それに基づく改善提案

• 競合分析および市場トレンド調査

• セールスチームへの商品企画提案

• セールスプロモーションの戦略立案と実施

• セールスプロモーション実績分析およびインサイト提供

• Shopper Insights チームメンバーの管理

資格要件

・4年制大学卒業以上

・チームリーダー経験3年以上 ​

・以下いずれかの経験者：　◎消費財のオンライン業界、３年以上経験者　◎消費者リサーチ業界、３年以上経験者

求める人物像

• 積極性、開拓マインドがある方
• ロジカル、データドリブンに意思決定できる方
• コミュニケーション力に優れた方

優遇条件

• ビジネスレベルの英語でコミュニケーション力
