Chief Pilot

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct flight operations in compliance with FAA regulations
• Develop and manage pilot schedules, ensuring a two-pilot flight crew on every mission
• Oversee aircraft maintenance programs and work closely with maintenance providers to guarantee airworthiness
• Implement and monitor safety management systems, conduct regular safety briefings and training
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to all pilots

Typical Schedule

• 2–3 flight days per week, scheduled in advance to align with operational needs
• On-call availability for urgent mission requirements or schedule adjustments

Qualifications

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
• Demonstrated leadership and crew-resource management skills
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, safety management systems, and maintenance oversight
• Exceptional communication and decision-making abilities under pressure
