Junior Assistant (student) - for new wave of digitalisation

We’re looking for a Junior Assistant to support our New Wave Digitalization Program – an exciting transformation journey focused on data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

• What You’ll Be Doing
• As part of our transformation team, you will:
• Analyze and interpret data to support strategic decision-making.
• Help build and improve interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI.
• Support in tracking program progress, KPIs, and health metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to ongoing digital initiatives.
• Assist in program management tasks like documentation, presentations, and reporting.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program 
• in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of data analytics and visualization (through coursework or hands-on projects).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI or similar tools.
• A proactive and structured mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Great communicator in English who can translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Enthusiastic about digital transformation and curious to learn in a corporate setting.
