We are recruiting for an experienced Product Manager (Creative and Content) to join our growing Technology team on a permanent basis. This role will sit within our Digital Workplace team, reporting into the Workplace Technology Manager. This role is offered with hybrid working (approx. 2 days per week in the office) and can be based at either our London or Colchester offices.
As Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and driving the strategy, delivery and ongoing management of creative and content platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Box, Nasuni, OneDrive and Canva. You’ll lead a small engineering team and will develop clear roadmaps, ensuring that our existing platforms meet organisational needs and continue to support the wider business objectives.

The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for creative and content platforms, aligning priorities with organisational goals and stakeholder requirements.
- Set and uphold technical standards and best practices, ensuring strong architecture and efficient workflows across Adobe Creative Cloud and content management systems (Box, Nasuni, OneDrive, Canva).
- Manage a small engineering team, distributing workloads effectively, overseeing sprint ceremonies and ensuring timely project execution.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, gathering feedback on platform usage, translating needs into product features, and balancing competing priorities.
- Facilitate vendor relationships, managing contracts, service-level agreements, and product roadmaps with providers like Adobe, Box, and Nasuni.
- Facilitate the development and maintenance of governance models, ensuring compliance, security, and data integrity across all creative and content platforms.
- Oversee budgetary planning and resource allocation, working with finance and senior management to ensure effective use of funds.
- Promote platform adoption and best practices, conducting workshops and facilitating training sessions to empower teams to use creative and content tools effectively.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, analysing platform performance and suggesting improvements or strategic pivots as needed.
- Support the professional growth of team members, delivering coaching, feedback, and skill development opportunities to build a capable and motivated team.
What You’Ll Bring
Essential Criteria:
- Experience of relevant creative and content management platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Box, Nasuni, OneDrive), with a solid understanding of their integration points.
- Good knowledge of IT governance and security principles, particularly related to cloud services and file sharing/collaboration tools.
- Relevant experience of Agile or other project management methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-team coordination.
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and vendor management, understanding how to manage contracts, service-level agreements, and software licensing.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to assess platform performance and determine necessary improvements or enhancements.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness and ability to commit to hybrid working and to travel to other sites as required (Colchester & London).

Salary
The salary for this opportunity is up to c.£62,000, depending on how your skills and experience align to the role and your office location, plus a generous bonus scheme and benefits.
Hybrid Working
While our offices across the UK are places to connect, collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, we recognise that flexibility around where you work is just as important. For this role we expect that you will work from either our London or Colchester offices 2-3 days per week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).
