The Role

 As a Program Manager in our Integrated Operations Program Management Office, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our most critical, cross-functional projects. You will orchestrate the full program lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless delivery. This role is a unique opportunity to lead transformative initiatives, bridging the gap between business and technology to deliver significant organizational impact.

What You'Ll Do

  • Lead the planning and execution of multiple, large-scale programs and projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Establish and enforce project management governance, processes, and best practices across cross-functional teams, ensuring consistency and efficiency in how we operate.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into clear project outcomes and ensuring that technical solutions meet business needs.
  • Drive accountability and clear communication by providing regular, high-level updates to stakeholders, steering committees, and C-level executives, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project progress and success, ensuring we achieve measurable business outcomes and continuously improve our processes.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in a program management role, leading complex, cross-functional projects that support core business functions such as IT, Sales, or Marketing.
  • A proven ability to structure and manage a project's lifecycle, from crafting business requirements to overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT) and managing scope changes.
  • Expertise in various project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile, and the ability to apply the right approach to different projects.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of influencing and collaborating with diverse teams and senior leadership to drive project success.
  • Proficiency with project management tools to manage program plans, track metrics, and create insightful dashboards that provide a clear view of project health and progress.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is: $149,000$224,000 USD
