The Role

Are you an experienced sales professional in Monterrey looking to make a significant impact? Our LATAM Sales team is searching for a top-tier Enterprise Account Executive to be the driving force behind our growth in Monterrey, Mexico. In this role, you'll be the primary evangelist for our innovative all-flash enterprise storage and data solutions, building lasting relationships with customers and showcasing how our technology can solve their most complex business challenges. You'll have the autonomy to own your territory, lead strategic sales cycles, and build a robust pipeline that directly contributes to our success.

What You'Ll Do

  • Evangelize Pure's Value Proposition: Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of our radically simple, all-flash enterprise storage and data solutions to potential customers, ensuring they fully grasp the benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Drive Strategic Account Engagement: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, leading pursuit teams and orchestrating internal resources to secure new customers and expand our footprint in the region.
  • Build a Robust Pipeline: Proactively identify and engage with new business opportunities, managing a healthy pipeline of sales activity to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their business challenges and position our solutions to drive their success.
  • Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to closing deals, working seamlessly with multiple stakeholders and partners to achieve shared ownership and a positive outcome.

What You Bring

  • A "Hunter" Mindset: Proven prospecting skills and a genuine passion for opening doors to new customers, with a consistent track record of acquiring new logos and driving business development.
  • Thought Leadership: The ability to apply deep insights and expertise in technology solutions to position our portfolio as a strategic solution for persistent business problems.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to build and deepen relationships with ease across all levels of an organization, from the data center to the boardroom.
  • Sales Process Expertise: Demonstrated success in leading and managing a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders and internal teams, fostering collaboration and shared ownership.
  • Consistency and Grit: A proven record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and a passion for ensuring customer success long after the deal is closed.
  • Requires the ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
