A Day In The Life:
You'll be the programmatic data powerhouse for our client accounts, directly impacting campaign success and client satisfaction. You'll spend your days immersed in campaign data, building and maintaining critical reporting dashboards, and proactively identifying performance trends. You'll translate complex data into clear, concise insights and actionable recommendations that directly inform optimization strategies and drive tangible results. This role is perfect for a data-driven individual who thrives on problem-solving, has a keen eye for detail, and wants to play a crucial part in our clients' growth.
Responsibilities:
- Looker Dashboards:
- Build and maintain automated Looker dashboards for client reporting.
- QA data integrity across multiple DSPs (DV360, TTD, Basis) to ensure consistency.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and implement fixes in collaboration with internal teams.
- Daily Data Pulls & Insights:
- Execute daily exports of campaign performance (impressions, spend, CPM, CTR, completion rate, conversions, etc.).
- Provide daily insights summarizing performance drivers, pacing status, and key variances.
- Ensure priority metrics are captured for leadership and client visibility, even if manual pulls are required.
- Analysis & Optimization:
- Conduct ongoing analysis of performance by channel, creative, and audience segment.
- Recommend optimizations leveraging platform tools (e.g., TTD Prism for dynamic exclusion, Seeds/Relevance for audience expansion).
- Support measurement initiatives including incrementality, reach/frequency, and brand lift
Role Requirements:
- Ability to work at least 20 hours per week.
- Hands-on experience with Looker required.
- Ability to translate raw performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Understanding of media measurement (reach/frequency, incrementality, attribution).
- Strong familiarity with DSP/Programmatic a strong plus, but not required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily: Platform pulls + topline performance summary.
- Weekly: Updated Looker dashboards, pacing and optimization notes.
- Monthly: Insights deck summarizing key learnings, optimizations executed, and recommendations for upcoming month.
Most Important Things (MITs)
- Ensure all data, whether in Looker or manual reports, is accurate, reliable, and consistent across all platforms and client-facing materials.
- Move beyond simply reporting the numbers. Identify key trends, flags, and opportunities in the data and communicate them clearly and proactively.
- Maintain a deep understanding of campaign goals to frame insights and recommendations in a way that aligns with client objectives and provides maximum value.
- Streamline and automate reporting processes as much as possible to free up time for deeper analysis and strategic thinking.
