Senior Software Engineer, VirtIO, embedded, Tietoevry Create (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are looking for experienced VirtIO Software developers willing to join our team and work closely with one of the world’s leading customers from automotive and electronics area.

You will be dealing with the most recent SW and HW on the market, touching the latest technologies in automotive & electronics industries, focusing on the modern hypervisor-based solutions.

We develop software for the world’s most advanced global technology companies building 5G networks, IoT platforms, Connected &

Autonomous Cars and Smart Devices. We’re a key partner to our customers, helping them bring fantastic and innovative products to market with success.

Candidates we are looking for must have :

• Wide knowledge & experience in Rust, C/C++
• VirtIO on conceptual level
• Experience in PVM/Hypervisor/Host development
• Linux device drivers,
• Linux Kernel Programming,
• BSP
• or Experience in GVM/Hlos development
• Android HAL,
• Linux/Yocto,
• Middleware development
• HW domain knowledge, e.g. Audio, graphics, camera, sensors, networking
• Communicative English

Nice To Have:

• Experience working with oscilloscope, protocol Analyser, emulator, signal generator
• Experience working with different embedded microprocessor
• Experience of Board support package, Device driver and boot loader development/porting
• Android Framework
• Experience with Automotive projects
