Job Description

The Growth Marketing Intern will play a key role in executing growth marketing strategies, supporting brand awareness, and generating high-quality leads for our IT outsourcing services through multi-channel initiatives. 

• Podcast Production
• Lead Generation & Outreach
• Market & Competitor Research
• Support the full production cycle, including: guest speaker sourcing, topic research, script development, video production and post-production to ensure professional-quality output. 
• Drive promotion campaigns across multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X), producing engaging multimedia content. 
• Coordinate with guest speakers to manage communication and promotion timelines. 
• Plan and execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and cold email to attract high-potential leads. 
• Draft engaging email sequences and subject lines tailored to different audience segments. 
• Use automation tools to manage outreach at scale. 
• Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., messages sent, open/reply rates, conversion rate) and run A/B tests to improve results. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to align on targeting strategy and optimize for lead quality.
• Conduct market research on IT outsourcing trends in target countries. 
• Analyze competitors’ positioning, offers, and content strategies. 
• Identify opportunities to improve messaging or uncover new niches. 

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferably in your second or third year of study).
• Required professional studying in FTU, DAV, VNU, NEU, AJC, RMIT, BUV or international education, etc.
• Strong English & Vietnamese written, and verbal communication skills is a must.
• IELTS from 6.5
• Data-driven mindset with a genuine passion for lead generation and growth marketing.
• Prior experience in social media marketing or lead generation is a plus. 
• Data-driven analytical mindset and a passion for lead generation 
• Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies, including AI tools (ChatGPT, Bing, Video/Image AI Tools.)
• Basic Design Skill, using Canva, Photoshop and other online platforms for content generation. Image/Video editor skill is strongly preferred.
• Enthusiastic about working in a diverse and dynamic team environment.
