We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader (France Market) (m/f/d) to join our Lisbon Sixt Hub! In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Customer Sales & Service Agents, driving performance, customer satisfaction, and sales results. Your Role At Sixt

  • You will manage a team of Customer Sales and Service agents and be accountable for your market performance
  • You are willing to deep dive into the processes, optimize them and develop your team’s knowledge level
  • You will work with the team to drive quality, customer satisfaction, sales and productivity performance
  • You will analyze statistics and reports, run root-cause analyzis and own improvement action plans, both at a team and individual levels
  • You will drive Performance Reviews, and continuously support your team towards a true premium service to our customers
  • You will make your team engagement and employee satisfaction a basis for the day-to-day interactions.

Your Skills Matter

  • Experience You have management experience, both technical and disciplinary, as a supervisor, team lead, operations manager or in a similar position and enjoy working in a team
  • Language You are native speaker in FRENCH and are fluent in English (mandatory) and have an understandable and clear way to speak and express yourself
  • You understand how to communicate expectations and motivate people, even in critical situations
  • You love analyzing and optimizing structures and work processes and establishing improvements in a team
  • You are self-motivated, have the ability to multitask and work successfully in a fast-paced team environment
  • You are experienced in using MS-Office programs – especially Outlook and Excel
