What You’Ll Do

Design and deliver technical solutions in support of quality assurance standards for CarGurus software applications. Duties include: facilitate and conduct E2E User Acceptance Testing coordination; execute test strategies/test scenarios/test cases daily to assure quality across CarGurus enterprise applications, including but not limited to Salesforce, Zuora, Marketo, and NetSuite; perform a wide range of testing such as E2E, functional, exploratory, regression, smoke, black-box, and data to ensure that implemented features are free of bugs, that system integration is reliable, and that business processes are not broken; review software quality, including the ability to create end-to-end tests, analyze results, and report defects; leverage experience with financial SAAS Cloud-based applications such as Netsuite, Concur, Zoura, or Salesforce; analyze business requirements and assess the relevance of specifications and test cases; collaborate with other QA engineers to help plan and test new and existing features, design, implement, improve and optimize automation framework; and work hand-in-hand and advise software developers engaged in the design, coding, reviewing, and testing of enterprise software. Multiple positions. 

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Sciences, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related software quality assurance (QA) occupation. Requires three (3) years of experience in each of the following: Cloud-based CRM/ERP technologies or enterprise applications stack, such as Salesforce; Testing methodologies, including functional, integration, regression, load, and performance testing; Problem-solving and root-cause analysis on failed tests; Authoring and executing test cases and writing detailed bug reports; REST APIs and/or Postman testing; Atlassian tools, such as JIRA or Confluence; Apex, SOQL, or any Salesforce-related developer technologies experience; and SDLC and Agile.
