Job Description

At Syngenta, our goal is to build the most collaborative and trustworthy team in agriculture, providing top-quality seeds and innovative crop protection solutions that improve farmers' success. To support this mission, Syngenta’s Biological Sales Team is seeking a Technical & Sales Specialist in Puebla; México. This role will drive territory sales growth by delivering integrated crop solutions to key farmers  via demo trials, training programs, and promotional activities while ensuring pricing compliance and market intelligence gathering.

Accountabilities

  • Be responsible for achieving sales objectives in the territory according to agreed strategies and priorities.
  • Advise key farmers: Provide integrated crop solutions, working directly with farmers or in conjunction with distributors and independent technicians.
  • Support Distributor personnel training
  • Support the organization and execution of local commercial initiatives by managing demonstration trials, field days, and local promotional activities.
  • Analyze the market: Collect and analyze crucial information about distributors, retailers, farmers, prices, and agronomic trends.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with agreed pricing policies in your territory.

Qualifications

  • Professional in Agronomic Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, or similar fields.
  • Experience in the development of biostimulants/Biologicals in regional crops.
  • Commercial knowledge/expertise
  • Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and adherence to processes.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in teams and autonomously.
  • English desirable
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
