Base Pay Range: $72,583 - $102,402
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
Position Summary
The Engineering Support Analyst is responsible for activities supporting the documentation and creation of Banner product. This position is fast-paced and involves detailed work requiring focus and dedication to quality.
This position reports to the Director of Program Management - Sensors.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working both individually and collaboratively, staying on top of tasks, and making a meaningful impact across engineering and operations teams. Below are some key responsibilities of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Work extensively within the Oracle ERP system.
- Assign new part numbers and enter all relevant data into Oracle.
- Enter and maintain assembly Bill of Material (BOM) and routing documents into Oracle.
- Write Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s) based on assigned projects.
- Submit/monitor test and build requests.
- Work with Engineering and Manufacturing to support sales orders.
- Apply continuous process improvement methodology to deliver and execute projects.
- Coordinate and oversee proper component and sub-assembly inventories to ensure they’re available.
- Assist the demand planning and supply chain teams when asked by helping to investigate and determine impact or potential impact of component shortage situations.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required
- Associate’s degree in a Business or Technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- In-depth understanding of production builds and inventory
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel)
Preferred
- Experience with Oracle, or similar ERP
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well with others, under pressure of deadlines and multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Requires minimum level of guidance and direction
- Ability to understand business needs and implement solutions to fulfill those needs
