【組織】　SAPやCoupa等の業務アプリケーションのプロジェクトおよび保守運用【職務内容】　・リーダとしてパートナ（US本社やインドオフショア拠点など）と協業しながら、構想策定・Globalシステム導入プロジェクトや保守運用業務を実施。　・Globalのステークホルダと連携し、Globalのビジネスアプリのポートフォリオに基づいた、レガシーからの移行計画策定。　・次世代S2P(*)ソリューションの日本・アジアリージョンへの導入プロジェクトをリーダとして遂行。(* Source to Pay)　・保守運用業務において、ビジネスユーザと仕様変更リクエストの優先順位付け・要件定義・進捗管理・納期調整を担当。　・SAPのライセンス契約サイクルの管理。【応募資格】◆必須（Must)　①　プロジェクトマネージャーまたはリーダー経験（数名～数10名規模）　②　会計・購買・販売領域の業務アプリケーションの経験　③　ビジネスユーザとのコミュニケーションの経験　④　システム上流工程・導入工程・保守運用工程のいずれかの経験　　　（上流工程は構想策定・企画・要件定義。導入は設計・開発・テスト。）◆尚可（Want）　①　SAPまたはCoupaのいずれかのモジュールの導入経験　②　ビジネス英語コミュニケーション　③　Globalシステム導入経験必須経験を満たさない若手の方も歓迎で、入社後OJTを通してサポートいたします。
