Your Role:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure proper coverage, allocate work, and monitor progress to meet deadlines, adjusting to changing priorities.
- Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and collaborate on identifying and correcting root causes of inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor equipment, coordinate maintenance, and manage material requirements across different locations.
- Manage employee performance, attendance, overtime, and conduct reviews with individual development plans (IDPs).
- Monitor training curricula, ensure timely completion, and provide team training for overall effectiveness.
- Review and take action on various reports, including LPNs, aging inventory, and shortages, while identifying broader patterns and links.
- Lead and motivate the team to increase throughput, efficiency, and achieve set targets.
- Understand and improve collaboration with other departments to meet shared objectives, while also handling administrative tasks and operating equipment as needed.
- D Shift: Friday - Sunday 6am - 6pm.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Management, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or other Business or Life Science discipline.
- 2+ years supervisor experience or 3+ years lead experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).
- Forklift experience.
- Demonstrate strong quality knowledge: GMP/GDP, ISO standards.
- Experience with TrackWise.
- Lean Six Sigma and/or root cause analysis training.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
Pay Range for this position: $72,000 - $108,000
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
