About The Team
The Money Management & reporting team plays a pivotal role in delivering data-driven insights and optimizing processes to support Merch Execution goals. The team’s core focus includes vendor onboarding, PO lifecycle management, financial reporting, and the automation of key tasks. By leveraging advanced analytical tools like MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, Hadoop, and Python, the team uncovers actionable insights to enable informed decision-making and manage non-retail expenses at the store level effectively.
Job Summary
The Associate Analyst is responsible for executing simple to mid complex tasks of the Money Management process such as Collateral Vendor Onboarding, PO Life Cycle Management (Drafting POs, Tracking, Amendments and Cancellations). Managing Service Provider mailbox and answering queries in a timely manner.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
- The associate analyst is responsible to execute all assigned Money Management simple to mid complex tasks with high accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- To develop process expertise by actively participating in trainings, partner meetings, town halls
- Collaborate with Analyst and Sr Analyst to meet the KPIs of the function.
- Update all trackers accurately and on time to track progress.
- Proactively highlight any gaps in the process to Analyst and Sr Analyst or if any patterns are found.

- 1 to 2 years of Experience
Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- B.com / BBM / Retail Operations Management
Skill Set Required
Primary Skills (must have)
Key Skill: Excellent communication skills, Excel (formulas, pivots, etc.), problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Working with team and collaborating.
- Organizational skills and good time management.
- Proficiency in excel and office suite.
- Omni Channel retail knowledge/Experience
Secondary Skills (Desired)
- Advance Excel and SQL is a plus
