We are committed to delivering innovative financial solutions to our customers and after 4 years of business with a proven track record of success, we are looking for a Head of Marketing who is a seasoned professional in the credit industry. This individual will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts at a strategic level as well as being a key individual contributor as we grow our business and marketing team.

We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to work directly with the CTO/Co-Founder, a serial entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of companies and projects. This isn't a typical "out-of-the-box" role—it's a reflection of our founder's multifaceted professional life. You'll work on everything from a successful data and SaaS business to new AI startups, real estate investments, and other ventures.

This is a two-year engagement, designed to be a career accelerator for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit. You'll gain unparalleled exposure to the inner workings of multiple businesses and leaders, learning by doing. We are looking for someone who sees themselves as a future Founder and wants to learn from a highly successful Founder and Executive.

What You'Ll Do:

This role is not defined by a set list of tasks but by a proactive get-it-done mentality. You'll be a versatile problem-solver, tackling whatever tasks the founder throws at you and proactively identifying opportunities to drive improvements. Your responsibilities will span a wide variety of areas, including but not limited to:

  • Operational & Administrative Support: Managing complex logistics like liquidating a German entity, setting up tax accounting, and coordinating with legal and accounting teams
  • Business Development & Marketing: Building a website from scratch (using AI tools), setting up marketing funnels, and tackling other growth initiatives.
  • Technical & Product Support: Building simple apps or prototypes (e.g., in a tool like Cursor), and helping to implement new technologies or processes.
  • Strategic & Financial Support: Attending meetings where term sheets are being negotiated, supporting cap table cleanups, and helping to set up new entities.
  • Special Projects: You'll be the go-to person to research and operationalize new initiatives, such as building a talent pipeline with top university professors.

Who You Are:

We're not looking for a specific skill set as much as an entrepreneurial mindset. You might be an ambitious recent graduate or someone a few years out of school who has already tried to start something of their own. You thrive on a variety of challenges and have a proven ability to figure things out without hand-holding.

  • Resourceful: You tackle new challenges with a “figure it out” mentality and leverage all available resources, including modern AI and LLMs, to find a solution

  • Intellectually Curious: You are inspired by curiosity and are driven to dig deep into topics to truly understand them. You are interested in a wide variety of subjects, from finance to technology to niche communities.

Logistics & Compensation

  • Location: Remote, with a preference for time zones in the Americas (Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific).
  • Travel: You must be willing to travel to the Bay Area at least once a quarter, and possibly as often as once a month for a week at a time. All travel expenses will be covered.
  • Compensation: The salary range is between $70,000 and $120,000, based on experience and demonstrated capability.
