Role Overview:
The SVP of Digital Marketing is the agency’s social authority and digital growth architect—an innovator who has built, scaled, and reinvented social at the highest levels. This executive will own social at Game Seven—the vision, the strategy, the systems, and the innovation that power breakthrough brand experiences online.
The right candidate has directed and inspired teams on global RFPs, stood up departments after major new business wins, built the infrastructure for sustainable growth, and proven they can transform social into a true business driver at scale.
As a member of the executive leadership team, the SVP of Digital Marketing is responsible for shaping and overseeing all social-first programs—social strategy, channel management, content strategy, influencer and creator strategy, social listening and reporting, and emerging platforms—while setting the agency-wide standard for how digital drives business growth. They will guide senior executives and high-performing teams, ensuring every output reflects efficiency, innovation, and excellence.
This leader is relentlessly future-focused, pushing boundaries in social to uncover growth opportunities for clients and for the agency itself. They anticipate needs before clients voice them, introduce bold ideas that move the needle, and consistently elevate the work. With deep expertise, sound judgment, and an ability to inspire, the SVP of Digital Marketing ensures social remains at the center of everything we do—and that the agency is always delivering groundbreaking, business-building digital marketing.
The Svp Of Digital Marketing Will Be Expected To:
- Set vision and drive enterprise growth by architecting long-term digital and social strategies that unlock sustained growth, expanded service offerings, and stronger market positioning for both the agency and its clients.
- Lead and scale the digital marketing department spanning social strategy, influencer marketing, digital accounts, and content production—building infrastructure and senior leadership capacity that enables the team to deliver world-class work.
- Inspire and develop senior talent, cultivating a strong leadership pipeline, mentoring directors and managers, and shaping an inclusive, people-first culture that drives innovation and accountability.
- Oversee high-profile, integrated workstreams across digital, social, and influencer marketing for clients such as Spotify, Peloton, and Live Nation—setting the bar for creative excellence and measurable business impact.
- Serve as a trusted senior leader to clients, confidently offering clear direction, innovative solutions, and thought leadership that cements the agency’s reputation as a social-first powerhouse.
- Shape and approve organizational priorities through operational oversight, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency, profitability, and ROI.
- Stay ahead of the curve by identifying untapped platforms, emerging trends, and influential voices that expand reach and relevance.
- Lead by example in modeling the agency’s values, positively influencing culture, and holding others accountable for excellence, inclusion, and growth.
Requirements
- 15+ years of proven leadership in digital and social marketing within an agency setting, with a track record of building and scaling social-first teams and departments.
- Expertise in social media strategy and execution at the highest levels, with deep knowledge of influencer marketing, paid social, community management, and emerging platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams, present compelling ideas, and build trust with senior clients and external partners.
- Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams (20+ people), balancing delegation, mentorship, and visionary leadership to drive enterprise-level results.
- Operational excellence, with the ability to oversee multiple accounts, set organizational priorities, and enforce high standards of creativity, efficiency, and execution.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Slides, Microsoft Office, and Apple products like Keynote. Adobe Creative Suite skills are a strong plus.
- Experience working in sport, entertainment, and culture, with a finger on the pulse of digital trends that shape how audiences connect and engage.
The pay range for this position is $225,000 - $300,000 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
