If you're a patient-focused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than Beechview Dental Care in North Belfast.

• 40 hours per week available (we can be flexible on 4 days with Friday off)
• Practice opening hours are 9-5.30pm
• 6 surgery, busy 'mixed' dental practice
• Good transport links

Located in Belfast, our Beechview Dental Care clinic has a friendly team who ensure you enjoy a first-class dental experience, from routine check-ups to any treatment you may need. We provide clinical excellence in dentistry and our renowned services and dental expertise are utilised in our skilled approach to the individual needs of each and every patient.

Practice Manager - JD

About You

We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g., retail / hospitality) will also be considered.

• Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
• Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
• The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
