✨Your Role In A Nutshell

• We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to take the lead on managing and growing the social media presence of one of our key clients. 
• This is a hybrid role combining account management and social media strategy, with a strong focus on trend-driven, high-quality content and real-time engagement.
• You will be the driving force behind innovative campaigns, ensuring flawless execution, building strong client relationships, and delivering measurable results.
• Your mission: elevate the quality of our social channels and create content that truly engages audiences.

✨What keeps you busy during the day?

Some Strategy

• Lead the strategic development of social media channels (Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, plus B2B & PR-focused platforms).
• Monitor trends and react quickly with fresh, innovative ideas and formats.
• Introduce new content types (reels, short-form video, interactive posts) aligned with client goals.

Content Planning & Execution

• Create and manage publishing schedules, ensuring timely and error-free delivery.
• Oversee content creation in collaboration with creative teams and client stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control for all posts (copy accuracy, format compliance, brand alignment).

Content Creation

• Attend industry and cultural events (festivals, sponsorship activations) to produce engaging, real-time content.
• Capture and edit simple video materials for social use.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the client in a partnership spirit, building trust and credibility.
• Coordinate approvals and feedback loops via tools like Contentino.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X) and content approval tools (Contentino).
• Ability to create and edit simple video content (reels, short-form).
• Proven track record of trend adaptation and innovative content creation.
• Experience in planning and coordinating multi-channel publishing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
• Flexibility and readiness to work on-site at events or during travel.
• Creative thinking combined with strategic vision.
