We’re looking for a freelance Social Content Creator to jump in and help us create, manage, and deliver content that stops the scroll. You’ll work across exciting brands, shaping organic and paid social activity, bringing big ideas to life on small screens.

This initial 6-week gig is perfect for someone who thrives on hands-on content creation, social strategy, and community management — all while staying ahead of the latest trends. Due to the nature of the client requirements, you'll need to be based in Brisbane. This role is to cover our team gap on a freelance basis, but if you’re interested in a permanent full-time opportunity, we’d love to chat about that too (a full JD can be shared).

What You’Ll Do

• Create and deliver platform-first content (Reels, Stories, TikToks)
• Manage and optimise always-on social channels
• Lead community management and keep audiences engaged
• Manage boosting of posts, ensuring the right content gets extra reach
• Provide recommendations on paid promotion to complement organic activity
• Develop smart, trend-driven social strategies
• Analyse performance and share insights that drive results
• Be a trusted partner to our team and clients

What We’Re Looking For

• Experience managing social accounts (agency or freelance)
• Confident content creator (shooting, editing, writing)
• Organised multitasker who can juggle multiple accounts
• Strong communicator and presenter
• Curious, proactive, and on top of the latest social trends
• Positive, self-motivated, and collaborative
