Who we are looking for
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client-Facing Listpuller to join our team. This role requires a professional with experience handling large datasets and a talent for effective client communication. The ideal candidate is adept at understanding specific data needs, ensuring accuracy, and delivering high-quality results while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What You’Ll Do

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific data requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Extract data from multiple sources, including online databases and digital tools.
• Organize, manipulate, and transform data into usable formats for analysis.
• Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and resolve any issues during the data pulling process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Communicate with clients to provide progress updates and address any concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and methods for data extraction and manipulation.

What You’Ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data pulling, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with tools/languages such as MySQL, Python, or R.
• Strong ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a client-facing role is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
