Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical skills and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance to keep production running safely and efficiently.
This role is fully onsite in Baltimore MD6 month contract to hire, $27-31/hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production machinery, mechanical systems, and facility equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Install new equipment and assist with equipment upgrades or modifications.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and participate in workplace safety programs.
