This Program Manager & Sr. Growth Analyst will report into the Growth Office, supporting its strategic objectives across the department, as well as project managing key initiatives across the Sales organization.

- Project Manage the Growth Office’s key initiatives and deliverables, managing communication toward goals, and proactively identifying roadblocks to meeting goals
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards and executive-ready reporting (i.e. Growth Office deal engagement)
- Act as a conduit between Growth Office leadership and core functions (Sales Ops, Finance, Product, Marketing, IT, and Enablement).
- Support the interviews, data gathering, and development of customer use cases and win wires
- Partner with Enablement to facilitate the distribution of key deal win-wire/deal summaries
- Facilitate the maintenance of customer use case and win wire library
- Collaborate with Global Experience, Sales Leadership and the Growth Office to support the program management of content and speakers for key customer focused events and the CRO’s key internal sales events.
- Partner with Growth Office and technical teams to identify opportunities to automate and enable scalable operations, particularly in connection to Salesforce, Sales Hub, Athean, and Customer Win-Wire in support of the Growth Office working with the Sales teams.
- Partner with Sales Operations to provide targeted account data, including actionable insights on account history, background, past purchases, competitive insights, and identification of roles of influence in client decision-making.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in sales operations, GTM strategy, consulting, or corporate strategy roles.
- Experience working with Senior Staff & Executives: Prior experience working with Senior level executives, and ability to communicate effectively with the highest levels of an organization.
- 5+ years of Program Management experience and working with project management applications, inclusive of corporate initiatives, events, and other projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Technical systems savvy: Prior exposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems with the ability to assess gaps and implement improvements
- Operational mindset: Ability to independently identify problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and document processes clearly for diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder skills: Skilled communicator capable of collaborating with Sales leadership, engineers, finance, and product teams effectively.
- High adaptability & hustle: Thrives in fast-evolving environments and can juggle tactical day-to-day needs with long-term strategic planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in enterprise software or B2B SaaS sales operations or strategy.
- Experience managing projects within Monday.
- Experience working with cross-functional strategic teams or Growth-specific operations.

Annual Pay Range
At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)
Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
