Job Purpose & Summary

Atlas is the concierge and credit card that unlocks coveted access and enables seamless spending. Our cardmembers are discerning, busy individuals who rely on Atlas to deliver convenience across their lifestyle while ensuring their spending power is both reliable and effortless. We’ve scaled to over $X00,000,000 in spending volume, growing double digits monthly—organically, with no paid marketing—and are on track to surpass $1B in spending volume across all verticals by the end of 2025.

Atlas is backed by world-class investors like Valar Ventures (Peter Thiel), Eric Schmidt, and Y Combinator. Our team brings experience from building and launching iconic products and companies such as Apple, Robinhood, and DoorDash.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Travel & Lifestyle Member Services team. If you know which pool suite at Maroma is perfect for a family, whether Jondal or Chiringuito is the right beach club in Ibiza for honeymooners, and the hottest new boutique hotel in Charleston, this role is for you.

This position centers on delivering concierge-level support for complex, high-value travel and lifestyle requests — spanning flights, hotels, villas, private charters, sporting events, concerts, and more. The right candidate will bring cultural fluency, global awareness, and impeccable taste to confidently support discerning, well-traveled members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage real-time end-to-end travel and lifestyle requests, including researching, booking, and coordinating:
  • Identify member needs and feedback trends, escalating insights to Head of Travel to enhance services and processes.
  • Partner closely with hotels, concierge partners, transportation vendors, and internal teams for seamless coordination and handoffs.
  • Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures, macros, and knowledge base resources for our unique internal travel & lifestyle workflows.
  • Luxury hotels, resorts, and private villas
  • Flights and private aviation
  • Event access, dining, and entertainment
  • Ground transportation and logistics
  • Deliver timely, high-touch support to members via chat, ensuring thoughtful, personalized service.
  • Navigate internal platforms and third-party tools with ease to ensure accurate booking execution.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, consistently reinforcing Atlas’s premium positioning.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in luxury travel planning, concierge services, or high-end lifestyle management, with a proven ability to exceed client expectations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing complex, personalized travel itineraries, including luxury accommodations, private aviation, and exclusive access experiences.
  • Extensive knowledge of global destinations and familiarity with top-tier hotels, resorts, fine dining, private transportation, and high-profile events.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-first mindset and a natural ability to build trust with discerning clientele.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and reliability—you handle sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and resolve logistical challenges quickly and efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as client needs may span time zones and require real-time support.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Established relationships—professional or personal—with top-tier hospitality brands such as Aman, Six Senses, Belmond, Rosewood, or similar, with the ability to leverage insider access, preferred rates, and VIP amenities.
  • Hands-on experience with GDS platforms (such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Apollo) for quoting, booking, and managing commercial air travel, including exchanges and complex ticketing scenarios.
  • Proficiency with client service and workflow tools, including Zendesk, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and internal ticketing or case management systems.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Shape the future of luxury travel with AI: You’ll play a key role in redefining how the world’s most discerning travelers explore, book, and experience the world — with the power of cutting-edge technology behind you.
  • Fast-paced, zero-red-tape environment: We're early-stage, lean, and well-funded — which means your ideas move quickly from concept to execution. No bureaucracy, just high impact.
