Your Responsibilities

As an M&A Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across the entire acquisition lifecycle, with key responsibilities including:

• Due Diligence Support: Assist with all aspects of due diligence, including commercial, financial, tax, legal and technology reviews.
• Pipeline Management: Manage, maintain and update the deal pipeline and tracking systems.
• Financial Analysis: Prepare comprehensive company valuations to support deal assessments.
• Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the M&A team.
• Investor Relations: Contribute to the preparation of internal investor documentation.
• Sourcing and Outreach: Independently identify, qualify, and approach potential acquisition targets.
• Deal Opportunity Review: Review and assess new deal opportunities.

What We'Re Looking For

• Successful completion or ongoing Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A bonus if you have already had some exposure to M&A transactions (through previous internships, for example)

Interview Process

• First call with Talent Acquisition Lead (15 mins)
• 2nd interview with M&A Country Manager (45 min)
• Final interview with the Acquisition team (45 min)
