What You’Ll Create
Our games live or die by how players first see them. You’ll be the engine behind that first impression, turning ideas into ads, thumbnails, and eye-catching visuals that stop the scroll. From social campaigns to app store images, you’ll be shaping the conversation around our projects.
Your Responsibilities
- High-Volume Creative Production: Rapidly create multiple ad variations, social assets, and thumbnails optimized for platforms like Meta, TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Smart Layouts: Design visuals that are clear, clickable, and instantly communicate the message.
- App Store Assets: Deliver high-quality icons, screenshots, feature graphics, and promos optimized for Google Play and Apple App Store.
- 2D Asset Creation: Use Photoshop to refine static assets and create highly appealing visuals.
- AI-Native Curiosity: Explore and leverage AI tools for image/video generation as part of your workflow.
- Collaborative Execution: Work hand-in-hand with UA and marketing teams to deliver on campaign needs while staying highly independent.
- Communication Excellence: Explain your creative choices and respond quickly to feedback.
- Video Editing Skills: Produce polished, high-impact trailers that showcase gameplay, highlight player fantasy, and drive excitement across app stores and social channels.
Tools Of The Trade:
- Highly Proficient with Photoshop
- Familiarity with any mainstream video editing software (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.).
- Awareness and curiosity for AI creative tools (image/video generation).
- Strong grasp of visual fundamentals: typography, composition, color, and clarity.
- Love producing fast, scrappy, high-volume content more than endlessly polishing a single piece.
- Have a portfolio showing ad creatives, social visuals, or short-form edits.
- Understand what makes a layout perform better than another, even without deep KPI knowledge.
- Can shift between collaboration and independence with ease.
