What You’Ll Do:

The Tiger Team is a dynamic, hands-on group responsible for the rapid deployment and build-out of CoreWeave’s data center infrastructure across the country. This team travels to new and existing sites to execute critical projects, ensuring that our facilities are brought online efficiently and to the highest standards.

About The Role:

As the Project Coordinator, you will provide crucial support to the Tiger Team's project managers. Your day-to-day will involve planning and coordinating schedules, booking resources, and managing administrative duties to keep projects on track. You will work closely with the team manager and members to ensure deadlines are met, create efficiency, and manage project documentation. This role requires frequent nationwide travel to data centers to assist with onsite coordination and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience supporting projects within a data center environment.
• An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field.
• Demonstrable knowledge of data center operations, cut sheets, and overheads.
• Ability to travel nationwide and work in an environment that operates 24/7.

Preferred:

• 3+ years of experience training team members in a data center environment.
• Experience with computer hardware, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience with Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
• Experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS.
• Experience with computer networking.

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $100,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
