About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing and Sales Specialist to join our Business Improvement team, based in Melbourne. Reporting to the Business Improvement & ERP Manager, this role plays a key part in shaping pricing strategies, optimising sales processes, and driving actionable insights to support business performance and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop, maintain and optimise pricing logic across channels to support margin performance and competitiveness.
- Coordinate pricing reviews, annual price increases and ensure accuracy of published pricing.
- Partner with National Sales Managers, Product Management, and divisional teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
- Design, implement and enhance sales processes, systems and policies to improve efficiency, discipline and drive sales process excellence.
- Generate actionable insights through data analysis, reporting and performance metrics.
- Support the rollout of training for pricing and sales processes to enable adoption and compliance.
About You
We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical professional who thrives in a cross-functional environment and enjoys solving complex business challenges.
Key Competencies Include:
- Proficiency in pricing systems and tools such as AX2012, PriceFX and D365F&O.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (advanced Excel, BI tools).
- Experience working with CRM platforms (preferably Dynamics 365).
- Solid knowledge of pricing models, margin management, customer segmentation and sales process design.
- Previous experience in a pricing, business improvement or sales operations role, ideally in a B2B or multi-channel environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
